Jane Taylor, 74, of Oakford, IL passed away on March 27, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 17, 1948 in Jacksonville, IL to Merle and Ruth (Beale) Richardson. She married Dale Taylor on October 9, 1982 at New Salem in Petersburg.
Jane is survived by her husband, Dale; her children Monica Taylor and Michelle McHenry both of Spaulding, IL; her grandchildren Mallory and Taylor McHenry, Geli of Germany, Kirsi of Finland, Frankiska of Switzerland, Silge of Norway, Ben, Sarah, and Resi of all of Germany; one great grandchild; 3 sisters, and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her grandparents.
Jane was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sisterhood Havana Chapter. Jane and her husband ran their business selling farm toys for many years.
Per Jane's request, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Kindred Hospice.
