Beulah Imogene Way, age 99, of Salem, Missouri, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024.
She was born September 26, 1924 in Chandlerville, IL, the daughter of Ulysses and Sylvia (Smith) Jones.
She married Ruel "Bud" Way on January 25, 1940. He preceded her in death in 2008.
Imogene is survived by her children, Joyce Munter, Ruel, Jr. (Betsy) Way, Juanita (Jim) Hawks, Sharon (Doug) Wendler, and Stanley (Kathy) Way; sixteen grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and eleven and a half great-great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Robert Munter; two sisters, Irene (Jones) Haber and Geraldine (husband Jerry) (Jones) Smith; two brothers, William "Bill" Jones and Eugene "Gene" Jones; granddaughter, Sheila (Munter) Esparza; and great-granddaughter, Sharodon Jayne Carver.
Imogene worked with her husband, Ruel for several years as a bookkeeper.
Her family and her love for Christ were so very important to her. She served for Ashland Church of Christ in Ashla
