Richard “Dick” Dosier, age 91, passed away peacefully at home, near Greenview on August 17, 2024.He was born in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Paul and Martha (Hintz) Dosier.Dick married Dalora Edwards on August 8, 1954, at the Greenview Christian Church in Greenview, Illinois. Mourning his passing are his wife of 70 years, Dalora; children, Gail Weber of Clarendon Hills, IL, Coni (Edwin) Whitcomb of Greenview, and Marsha (Dennis) DeBennette of Kenosha, WI; grandchildren, Jared (Lauren) Whitcomb, Caleb (Brianne) Whitcomb, Grant Weber, and Marissa Weber; great-granddaughter Emersyn Whitcomb; several cousins; and friends.Dick attended the Bee Grove one-room grade school and graduated from Greenview High School in 1951. He was a farmer in the Greenview area, retiring in 2008. Dick was an involved resident in the community. He was a member of Greenview Christian Church and was a deacon for several years. He served on the Greenview School Board and Greenview Fire Board and was the president
