Kerry Charles Clemens of Petersburg, IL passed away in Sherman on Sunday, August 18, 2024. He was born August 27, 1949 in Springfield, IL to Merle and Ellen Clemens. He married the love of his life, Sharon Frick on August 1, 1970.
Kerry is survived by his wife Sharon and three children, son Andy Clemens of Lincoln; son Nick (Cassie) Clemens of Petersburg; daughter Kate (Dan) Brown of Mackinaw; sister Kay Clemens of Athens; brother Ed (Sandy) Clemens of Pleasant Plains; sister in-law Kathy Clemens of Athens; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Phil and nephew Alex.
Kerry adored his wife, Sharon and his grandkids, Ava, Aubrie, Delaney, Hank and Maddy. He especially loved when they were being ornery, he always loved to hear stories of the things they had done or what mischief they were in.
