Ronald L. Schemmer, age 83, of Williamsville, Illinois, passed away on Sunday March 2, 2025 at his residence.Ronald was born on November 9, 1941 in Williamsville, IL the son of Oscar and Hermina (Miller) Schemmer. Ron married Barbara Harms on July 18, 1964. She preceded him in death in 2018.Mourning his passing are his children, Greg Schemmer (companion Anita Dean) of Williamsville, Doug Schemmer (companion Kim Conaway) of Chatham, and Lynn Schemmer of Springfield; six grandchildren, Jennifer and Dustin Schemmer, Sam and Sydney Schemmer, Kanedy and Keenan Schemmer; and one great-grandchild, Emma.  He is also preceded in death by his parents; and daughter in-law, Laura Hage Schemmer.Ronald graduated from Williamsville High School.He farmed in the Williamsville area during his entire life.
